When billing for a lac repair, lumbar puncture, consious sedation, etc (physician services) that don't have a TC and 26, do you bill both the facility and prof sides for the procedure?

When the physician bills these procedure with the POS 23 and the facility bills on their form with the correct bill type for ED then each will be paid correctly.
