Hello! I'm hoping someone can help me with this. My doctor did a discography. He attempted at 3 levels but was only successful at 1 level. He asked me if we can bill the other 2 levels with a modifier. I was looking at modifier 53 but the more I read, the more I don't think it would be appropriate, but I don't think I want to use 52 either. Should it be billed just with 62291 or can I bill 62291, 62291-53(or 52), 62291-53(or 52)?
