Just removal or removal AND insert with modifier?

Ring forceps applied to visible string. Gentle traction applied to string and IUD was removed without difficulty fully intact with no difficulty. Cervix was cleansed x 3 with Betadine. Tenaculum was applied to cervix. Attempted to sound uterus x 8 times with both sterile pipelle and uterine sound with no success due to stenotic internal cervical os. tenaculum and speculum was removed. patient tolerated procedure well.
