Is there any CPT code for a one hour family conference with patient and son present, reviewing and discussing medication compliance? Patient was hoarding and stashing meds all over the house, this was discovered, so changes have been made -- meds consolidated and med list corrected. This was done in the patients' home also.

I would be looking for the time to be documented to meet the requirements and determine the E&M CPT code from that information.
