Doctor stated, "No family history items have been selected or recorded." for inpatient consultant. Does this credit toward to HPI?

This looks like a function of the EHR, I am guessing nothing was entered for the Family History and the system is showing a default statement.
CMS guidelines say:
"If the physician is unable to obtain a history from the patient or other source, the
record should describe the patient’s condition or other circumstance which precludes
obtaining a history."
The default statement suggests that no family history was reviewed and without any description I would not count this element towards any portion of the History E/M component.
