one of our physicians is going to aspirate/puncture and remove fat from pt's body and then inject to a different site (scarring, etc....), from reviewing previous info. there are two different codes that at that time were recommended; 20926 and 11950. It looks like the 11950 is for off the shelf collagen and the 20926 includes both the aspiration and injection. So I would go with the 20926. Any thoughts and input would be appreciated and thank you in advance.
