Fat grafting

I have a provider that did a fat graft to the face. Using a 10 ml syringe, he harvested the fat from the abdomen, the syringe was then spun in the centrifuge and the fat layer was transferred to another syringe and then injected into the face.

I have found a code for an incision and removal of fat tissue, but not using a syringe. Does anybody know how I would code this?

That is the code I was originally looking at but it states incision, removal of fat layer and closure. I have no incision and no closure so I wasn't sure if I could use it or not.
