Wiki Fat pad biopsy - low or moderate risk?

Hello all,

When doing MDM for a a fat pad biopsy, would it go under low risk (skin or superficial needle) or moderate risk (deep needle/incisional biopsy)? I feel it is moderate, but just wanted to double check that I am correct. According to op report, the incision was dissected through the subcutaneous tissue down to the abdominal wall fat.

Through the subcutaneous tissue is not superficial. I'd go with moderate.
