I code for a hospital and my radiology providers are doing Fecal transplant. I was hoping that someone can shine a light on this subject. We have went back and fourth with this issue.

The lab is prepping the fecal and then the radiologist is inserting a NG tube and then a nurse is placing the prepped fecal matter into the NG tube and once all that is place then the pt waits for an hr.

So my question is how do you code??? MC vs. Non-Medicare pts???

I have radiology trying to code 44500 and 74340 for a MC pt. I think that we should code with the G0455 but then I am confused at how the charges get billed. How do you put lab charges, Provider charges and then facility charges all on one code. Please help if you can. :) thank you in advance.
