What is a good tool to analyze the prices that my physician office is billing? They haven't been updated in awhile and I really don't know where to evaluate whether we need to raise our prices or not. Good tools or websites anyone?
Thanks,

Our office goes by your highest amount in reimbursement from an insurance company. Ours for example is Assurant Health- EKG's are reimbursed around $30.00, from that amount, bill about 10-30% higher as most contracts will pay your billed amount, or their fee schedule whichever is lower. so if EKG gets reimbursed at $30 per that fee schedule and your office is billing $20 they will pay $20 ---if your office bills $45-- then they pay their allowed at #$30, $22, $18 etc.....
if analyzing pricing for private pay fees, i would go by your highest reimbursed amount as well.
