Wiki Fee Needed for new 2019 codes

We have some new codes for 2019 that we have not been able to find a fee for. Has anyone been able to determine the fee for the following codes?

CPT 27369
CPT 10011 Professional fee and a technical fee needed
CPT 10012 Professional fee and a technical fee needed

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

10011 & 10012 are Carrier priced status. Unless your MAC publishes a rate it will be determined on a case by case basis.


Nationally unadjusted rate for 27369 is:


Office Based professional $146.32
Facility based professional $42.17

Work RVU = 0.77

Non Fac Practice Expense RVU = 3.20
or
Fac Practice Expense RVU = 0.31

Malpractice RVU = 0.09
