Hello,
I am looking at our BCBS fee schedule and our reimbursement rates are below Medicare's rates. From what I can tell, our BCBS contract indicates we should be receiving 100% of Medicare's rates and it should be adjusted to the current year's rates each year. Any advice on how we get this looked into or fixed? Some of our rates are listed as really below Medicare!
