I have recently taken over as Billinf Supervisor for a Cardiology Practice. From what I can gather from documents in the computer and files from the previous supervisor, there is no real updated fee schedule for the practice. I am looking for advise on how to put together a fee schedule. Any help is greatly appreciated.
