Wiki Feeding Tube Skilled always

When a resident is in a nursing home and has used their 100 days of benefit for a new feeding tube, when would they come off a "Skilled"? If I remember correctly a beneficiary stays skilled even after the 100 days are used. The only way they come off "Skilled" is if they are eating by mouth and only has a little or nothing from the feeding tube.
