Wiki Fem-Fem bypass w/sv

Would 35558 be the correct code for a rt. com fem to rt. superficial fem bypass with sv or, should I use the 37799 unlisted code and send the op note? When reading over 35558, it looks as though it is from one leg to the other, not same side.

Without looking at the op report myself, I would look at codes 35583-35587.
