Looking for any suggestions on this one. Dr performed a LT Common Femoral to LT SFA bypas with vein. I was thinking of 35570 if no one has any other ideas.

I am coming up with 35558 (fem-fem). Am I missing something maybe? I don't understand why we would use the 35570 (tibial peroneal)?

This is a short bypass on the same leg. 35558 is a bypass from one leg to the other across the pelvis.

I would report a 37799 before I would report a 35570 for a fem-fem graft. 35558 could be considered, possibly with a 52 modifier if the dictation doesn't substantiate a lengthy enough service to warrant full fee on a fem-fem BPG.
