If a Medicare patient had a pap screening for cancer and the documentation says pap image, Guided, HPV, and RFX HPV 16/18.
Well woman exam including breast exam, and was within the 12 months of Medicare which way should it be coded?

G0145

I work for an OBGYN and we bill the G0101 for pelvic and breast exam. Medicare never pays for Office visits.
