Hi,

My doctor did an endovascular repair of the femoral aneurysm. I am finding nothing other than for iliac and AAA. Do any of you have an idea it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't believe there is a specific CPT code for endovascular repair of a popliteal or femoral artery aneurysm. This seems to be a gray area for us as well. Depending on the insurance carrier they may want unlisted procedure code 37799 or they may accept 37205.
