please help

i an not sure what the correct coding is for a percutaneous skeletal fixation of a femoral fracture with an open reduction.

code 27235is percutaneous only
code 27236 is open with no reduction mentioned
my physician thinks it is the open
i think it should be 27235 percutaneous with an added reduction code
