I work for a fertility clinic and it is now coming up regarding diagnosis code when we are performing elective egg banking. This is not for a woman who might be undergoing chemo or would have to have her ovaries removed. We could use the Z code Z31.69 but is that valid for the entire cycle? Any thought would be most appreciated. Thanks Suzanne
