Hi,

Patient had the following performed while under general anesthesia:

Left frontal sinus endoscopy including exploration and removal of diseased tissue.
Bilateral anterior and posterior ethmoidectomy,
Bilateral maxillary antrostomy.

How should this be coded? Thank you.
