Fess procedure involving the ethmoid sinuses...

Patient presented to the surgery department for a FESS procedures included: left frontal sinus endoscopy including exploration and removal of diseased tissue; bilateral anterior & posterior ethmoidectomy; and bilateral maxillary antroatomy. Pathologic diagnosis: chronic sinusitis involving ethmoid sinus.

I was thinking 31255-50, 31256-50, 31276 LT
