We perform abortion services for patient's with fetal anomalys. I understand when the patients are over 20 weeks, we can bill for a delivery 59409; but I have been unable to locate the ASC rate on BCBS of Tx website.

Can I bill for 59409 in an ASC? or is that only for the hospital ?

Thanks, Jamie...that's what I thought because BCBS did not have an allowable for it under their ASC fee schedule.
