Wondering if anyone can tell me if these codes can be billed for twins with a 59 modifier. Codes are 76825, 76827, and 93325.

Yes. The clinic I work in does fetal echoes and these are correct codes given the work was done, etc.

Yes. We bill 76825, 76827, 93325-59 for baby A, and 76825-XS, 76827-XS, 93325-XS59 for baby B.
