How would you code this? 18 week fetal demise, delivery. A dissection of thoracic and abdominal cavities was done and evaluation of brain. Only pathology procedures listed is 88305. Would you also code for dissection?

The code 88309 Level VI states Fetus, with dissection. That is probaby the correct code to use for the pathology.
