pt had fever last night, today presenting with fever or 102.6 but no fever. no medications were given. what code can I use for labs ordered? other symptoms?

are you saying the patient came in saying that they noted a temp of 102.6 but no fever was noted during encounter? I would still code fever as the symptom/reason for encounter..
