I coded the FFR for LD but I'm unsure about the LC. Does this note show that FFR of the LC was actually done?
FFR wire, Boston Scientific was utilized. Patient was started on Angiomax bolus and drip and administered 600 mg of Plavix p.o. The FFR wire was then placed down the LAD. We then commenced with FFR. The starting FFR was 0.97 with adenosine infusion. After 3 minutes' time, the FFR reduced to 0.92, at this time indicating noncritical severity of the stenosis of LAD. The wire was then pulled back and placed into the left circumflex. The FFR immediately dropped to 0.79 across the lesion in the left circumflex artery indicating that this was clearly significant. At this time, we proceeded with intervention
