Not quite sure how to code for the application of a fiberglass cast. any help appreciated.
 
CPt for the application of Casting (29000-29086, 29305-29450). HCPCS supply code is where you would specify type of materials.


You can only code for casting if its the only procedure performed or if its a replacement.
