Hello! When coding Fibroscans, if a provider says a patient has "moderate scarring" or "moderate fibrosis" or "minimal scarring" or "minimal fibrosis," what codes would you use? Within the report, I can see what the actual level of the fibrosis is. But I can't code from this result. Should I just query the provider in this instance and ask them to include the stage?
