I have an Oncology Orthopedic that placed gold fiducials for stereotactic radiation therapy, sacrum and coccyx. Can anyone help with a CPT code -

The surgeons note states "needle inserted toward tip of coccyx, placed adjacent to bone, deployed and position confirmed at S4, S3 and S2 bilaterally.
