Just got home and read the article in the new Cutting Edge magazine titled "Colonoscopy- Screening or Surveillance?". That article states exactly how we should be coding history of colon polyps (which I have been doing) and the reasons given were the reasons I have been stating on here over and over. I feel like I have won the Super Bowl - lol! Glad the AAPC finally addressed this issue. Thank you AAPC!!!!!
