please tell me where i can purchase the The CMS 1995 and 1997 evaluation and management guidelines. I tried calling AMA and AAPC, neither had it.
 
They are both very easy to find online. If you check this website, you can easily find them. Otherwise, I would just google them, go to the CMS website, and download them to your computer :)
