I am a fairly new coder and I understand the terms "compatible with, possibly, suspected and likely etc", but is the phrase "findings can be seen in the setting of MS" for example included in that or is this considered "definitive and specific enough? My understanding is that anything that comes after these possible MS or likely MS etc..should not be coded so I am wondering about this "can be seen" since I am starting to see this phrase being used more frequently now.

Thank you in advance anyone for your help on clarifying this!
:)
