I am new to the peds flu vac's:

My question is when the provider gives half the dose (90655) on one visit then has the patient return in 4 weeks for the other half how do you properly bill for this? Any help would be appreciated!

We bill for the full flu vaccine when the first half is given. For the second half it isn't sent to insurance and we code with a zero charge
