I was told by in insurance rep a few years ago that when a patient turns 65, the first month they have Medicare they will be traditional only (no advantage plans) and that it will switch starting the second month. Has anyone ever heard of this before? I tried to find it online somewhere but I am horrible at searching for stuff.
