Wiki Flex sig to ileum?

Our physician indicated he performed a flexible sigmoidoscopy but in the op note he states "due to excellent bowel preparation, the scope could be advanced to the very distal ileum". Do we code a flex sig or a colo? In addition, cold biopsies were taken of the cecal cap. This is probably a no brainer but I left my brain at home today....thanks for your help!!!
