27096 cannot bill fluoroscopy

No u cannot bill fluoroscopy code with 27096 as the cpt code descriptor itself describe as included with fluoroscopy/ CT.

Just remember that fluoro must be used to bill CPT 27096 even though it (and contrast) are bundled and not billable separately.
