Hey there's been some confusion with this in my office. So our Interventional Cardiologist performed a Flowwire by itself since the Cath was already performed by their primary Cardio. I've heard you can bill the Corns only 93454 with the 93571 even if the other cardiologist did the cath but I've also heard not to bill the corns only and instead bill unlisted code 93799. Please help
