At my office we are receiving denials from Caresource for the 90658 flu shot which has always been the Medicaid flu shot code. has anyone heard of a new one for 2015? We've gotten paid in the past for it and within the last month or two we've been getting denials.

Hi, Shannon. I'm in Ohio as well and am not aware of any issues with our flu shots - yet! We bill 90658 + 90471.
