Wiki flu shot for medicare patients

We are getting denials for the flu shot under code Q2038. Is this the code that was supposed to be approved after Jan 3rd? Wasn't there some kind of delay on the codes for 2016/2017? We are using G0008 as the administration code. Some in our office are thinking that maybe the 90658 is a payable code but I thought that was not a good code for Medicare. Thanks in advance.

Hello,
I was wondering if you were still getting Denials from Medicare? I've been billing with G0008 & 90686 and Noridian is denying mine as well. :( Any input/advice?
