The list on this page, https://www.cms.gov/medicare/medicare-part-b-drug-average-sales-price/vaccine-pricing, will give you the codes for the currently recommended vaccine products. As previously answered, report G0008 for the administration of the vaccine. I don't remember for certain but think that Q2038 was used during a transition to the current quadrivalent vaccines.
