Wiki flu shot reimbursement

Any suggestions on why medicare wouldnt pay a flu shot rendered at an urgent care center? we billed it with am "outpt hospital" place of service because its a provider based clinic.

Urgent Care flu shot reimbursement

I recently billed for an urgent care and used POS 20 (urgent care facility). Maybe your POS code is incorrect. Call Medicare and ask them directly.
