for those cases you may want to look at using 77003. I think that it will be necessary for you to check the cci edits for each procedure code.
 
I don't think you can use any fluro codes with these procedures as they are inclusive. I recently had a compliance auditor come in just to review everything and make sure everything is being billed properly and she told me for these spine surgeries, fluro is a no no!!!
