Dr keeps coding 76000 for in-op flouroscopy, flouro guidance for injections (bone marrow aspirate into feet/ankle) and now for pin placement and closed treatment of fractures.. I seldom get reimbursement for this even when using modifier -26 or -59...any one have other codes that I am missing?
 
Try looking at...

code 77002 "Fluro. guidance for needle placement (eg biopsy, aspiration, injection, localization) which also prompts you to look at the surgical code for the procedure that is also being performed.
