Can someone please help me with basic fluoroscopic guidance documentation requirements? What is required for a procedure note and do I need a retreivable image (as in ultrasound)?

Please help!

I code for ED. We normally do not perform these procedures.

I have a fb removal from the foot under fluoroscopic guidance. Also, I have a closed fx reduction under fluoroscopic guidance.
