Hi All,

Kindly share you knowledge on below clarification.

If neurosurgeries like Arthodesis, instrumentation, laminectomies are performed along with fluoroscopic guidance (76000), is fluoro guidance included or should it be reported separately.

Per CCI Edits, 76000 is included in 63282. I also checked a 63030; it is included there too. Both with modifier allowance of "1". So fluoro could only be billed if it was used with another service, but not with these particular codes.
