Hi All,

Kindly share you knowledge on below clarification.

If neurosurgeries like Arthodesis, instrumentation, laminectomies are performed along with fluoroscopic guidance (76000), is fluoro guidance included or should it be reported separately.

Floroscopy with procedure

I have the same question. I have 63282 with 76000. Can anyone shed some (fluoroscopic) light on this??

Per CCI Edits, 76000 is included in 63282. I also checked a 63030; it is included there too. Both with modifier allowance of "1". So fluoro could only be billed if it was used with another service, but not with these particular codes.

Does anyone have any documents to share it with our clients, which states 76000 is included in neurosurgery codes.
