I have a chart that is just the fluoroscopy report. Header states Fluoroscopy for Kyhoplasty. Clinical history: C-arm fluroscopy was utilized by Dr X. ( differnt physician)
Next the report gives the description of the procedure 77002.
I can not find anything that states that this can be reported alone. Does anyone know of anything different?

Per Dr. Z's Interventional Radiology coding guide pg. 332 coding instructions:
1. "CPT codes for kyphoplasty are all-inclusive codes ( except guidance, which may be coded separately)"

3. " Guidance codes may be billed in addition to the kyphoplasty procedure code."
