Please help!! My doctors have purchased fluoroscopy unit and are now coming to me to find out what kind of injections they can do. Please give me any examples of what everyone else is doing. Right now all we are doing is
64483 or 64479
77003
J1040
and
64475 or 64470
64476 or 64472 each additional level
77003
ANY help would be appreciated.
