has anyone heard about during fluro cpt 76000 with procedures like placement of screws/pins & some fracture codes etc?? I think I remember reading a CPT assistant on this that stated we could but I'm not sure. I think this is usually bundled but im not sure when we can use this & wouldn't it have to be with modifier 59??

76000 is billable/codeable by an ASC with the TC modifier. If it bundles I do not code it as the 59 modifier is not justified.
