When billing 10022, is 76942 included? Also, is there documentation I can obtain to give to my supervisor? Thank you.
 
I interpret it the same way, however, my supervisor is stating there is a discrepancy because the verbage for 10022 states "with imaging guidance" and should included 76942.
 
FNA Biopsy

It also states for radiological supervision and interpretation, see 76942, 77002, 77012, 77021.
I take it as if the physician is performing the imaging and interpreting we can bill the S&I codes.
